You purchased your tickets online
You can download your e-tickets via e-mail.
You purchased your ticket by phone or email
E-tickets will be sent to your email address.
Tickets can also be sent by post at your request. If purchased tickets cannot be delivered by post on time, you can pick them up at the evening box office at the various concert locations. Attention, the concerts start punctually. Avoid long queues at the box office and arrive on time.
All our seats are numbered. Unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the most suitable places for wheelchair users in the various concert halls.
Ask for it when making your reservation (contact us via tickets@symfonieorkest.be or 09 292 75 57 Mon-Thur 10: 00-13: 00).
The number of wheelchair places per concert is limited.
After the official starting time, it is no longer allowed to enter the concert hall. This is again possible during the intermission or -with the consent of the person responsible in the hall - at another suitable time during the performance.
Put your mobile phone on silent mode or switch it off completely during the concert.
Long audio or video recordings of the concert are prohibited. Feel free to take a photo (without flash!) or short video clip of the orchestra or conductor coming up or at the applause after a piece. Always make sure not to disturb other spectators.
